Hi, I’m Serena and I am a Witch and Spiritual Healing Facilitator based in Toronto, ON.
I identify primarily as a Hearth Witch or Hedge Witch. I follow an animistic path, walking between this world and the spirit realm connecting with spirit allies in nature (and beyond) for guidance. I like to weave magic into the mundane, integrating my spiritual practice into my every day life, especially in my home.
The Cauldron Goddess is named after a Goddess I work with, Cerridwen. She is the Welsh goddess of inspiration and transformation, and the cauldron is her sacred symbol. The cauldron also represents the warm comfort of the hearth, the womb, magick, transformation, healing and creativity. These are energies I strive to cultivate in my practice.
Holding Space
A big part of my path is about holding and creating sacred space. This is a skill I have been honing over many years.
My training in holistic healing, counselling, social justice, trauma and sacred space creation give me a strong foundation for helping people feel safe enough to explore their intuitive, sensitive self.
As a highly sensitive person, introvert and empath, I value space in which my sensitivities are honored and I strive to create the same for clients.
My Witch path…

My witch path has mostly been eclectic over the years. When I was starting out, in the early 2000’s, I met local witches and joined local covens, exploring what resonated with me and what didn’t. I found I leaned strongly towards Goddesses and the Divine Feminine, which is still a central part of my path today.
Astrology has been a lifelong passion and study of mine and I weave this knowledge into my practice. I studied astrology for years with professional mentors through the Canadian Association for Astrological Education as well as self-study.
After I had my daughter in 2008, my new life as a mom brought me to the Hearth Witch path, where I learned how to weave magick into my more mundane home-based duties. This has continued through the years to the present.
In 2013, I studied shamanic healing with Daniel Leonard of the Medicine Circle, which taught me alot about trancework and journeying to the Spirit realm for guidance. Alongside this, I took a holistic health practitioner training at Transformational Arts College, where I received a strong foundation in aromatherapy, herbalism, Bach flower remedies, energy healing and much more.

Cultural Traditions…
I spent a few years focusing on Ancient Egyptian magick, devoting myself to Isis/Iset, goddess of magick, motherhood and healing. My relationship with Isis was a big part of my womb healing experience as I struggled with endometriosis, and is still part of my life today.
I’ve also been on a journey of learning the Indigenous traditions and history of Turtle Island (North America), the land I walk on. I have enjoyed learning from Indigenous teachers, ceremonies and community events. In 2018, I obtained a Social Service Worker with Indigenous Perspectives diploma from Fleming College and did my placement at Native Women’s Resource Centre of Toronto. This experience has influenced my practice today.
Healing my ancestral lineage is part of my practice. I grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My mother’s roots are French settler and Indigenous stemming from the Georgian Bay Metis community in Ontario. My father’s roots are settlers from England, the Scottish highlands and Wales. I honour all my lineages. I have been reconnecting with ancestral community, lands and culture as part of my spiritual work of integration and healing.
In the last few years, I’ve been focusing on Celtic Pagan traditions, especially Welsh, answering the call to Cerridwen in the process . My path is ever-evolving as I listen to the call of Spirit as it unfolds and do my best to honor Deities and their traditions with respect and integrity.

Random stuff about me…
My husband and daughter keep me grounded and are my everything. I have 3 amazing feline familiars and am a total cat lover! My favourite ways to spend my free time are cuddling cats, communing with nature, reading, gardening, travelling to sacred sites on earth and in the liminal realms.

As a Witch who makes her home and practice in east Tkaronto (Toronto) Ontario, I deeply thank the original stewards of this land: The Mississaugas of the Credit, The Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and Wendat nations. I am committed to learning from the diverse First Nation, Inuit and Métis people who live here today, including learning ways of being in reciprocal relationship with the land. I strive to uncolonise my own practice, amplify Indigenous voices and support Indigenous communities in whatever way I can.
